Went to eat at Patara in Soho the other night.... Best Thai food i've had for a very long time. The food was very authentic... it was so yummy! The Steamed Black cod was amazing... and the Duck curry was so delicious... both perfectly cooked.










The other night it was Anna and Joe's BBQ party... it was a good oppourtunity to meet my friends and make new ones as well.

I'm so convinced Gemma invented the concept of a night bbq because i've never seen it been done anywhere else. The night was really cool... good mix of people... i was even taught london slang (i felt so old that i don't know any of the slang anymore).

A few weekends back I went to the thai festival in Trafalgar sq with Monica and Emily... it was ok... Saw Thaitanium play... who are a famous thai hip hop group.

Later on in the evening I went to eat at cha cha moon... due to the owner being the founder (Alan Yau) of wagamama, busaba and the current owner of Yauatcha, this place has been so hyped up by the londons papers .

The decor of the place is very nice and relaxing. The food prices were really impressive, but the food quality reminded me of what you would get at won kei in wardour street.

I ordered the Seafood ho fun, I was impressed with the amount of seafood i received but overall i thought the dish was really salty.

I have no doubt Cha Cha moon will be a success only because of its hit/cult like status. But if you really want real good quality Chinese food you might wanna avoid this place.

I flashed my phone and installed Windows mobile 6.1... it is a massive improvement to 6.0. My fav feature would be the IM chat like text(sms) message layout (just like msn messenger).
